I paint from the great palette of God's design - here in western Canada; sunsets, mountains, prairies, horses - although common it is exceptional beauty that provides a colourful dimension as an artist i can interpret - everyday the same ever changing: each moment vanished and renewed - I like to challenge myself to create a close resemblance. To capture feeling & moods, to portray the timeless moment.

I had an early interest in art and remember drawing rabbits and people preschool. In fact it was grade one when I earned my first Art Award, from the City of Saskatoon. We had to draw our mothers and I can still remember the picture of my mom in her orange flowered dress pushing the upright vacuum. I graduated high school with an art award and have been blessed to receive many others.
